Features Hulk Hogan, Sting, and Randy Savage starting the show, with Hogan burning his "dark side" black ring outfit. They announced that Savage's arm injury wasn't real, it was only to fool Kevin Sullivan. They also ran down a "dirt sheet", claiming it said Savage was injured and that The Giant would win the title tonight. (In reality, Savage actually was injured, with a torn tricep muscle.)
1. WCW Television Champion Johnny B. Badd pinned Dallas Page (with Kimberly) in 12:34 after a slingshot legdrop over the top-rope after hitting a somersault plancha onto Page on the arena floor. Due to the pre-match stipulations, Badd gained Kimberly's managerial services.
2. Bubba Rogers pinned Jim Duggan in 9:21 in a "Taped Fist" match after hitting Duggan in the jaw with a chain that the interfering V.K. Wallstreet brought to the ring.
3. Bull Nakano & Akira Hokuto defeated Cutie Suzuki & Mayumi Ozaki in 9:15 when Nakano pinned Suzuki after a guillotine legdrop moments after Hokuto delivered a top-rope plancha to the arena floor on both Suzuki & Ozaki.
4. WCW U.S. Champion Kensuki Sasaki pinned Chris Benoit in 10:01 after a Northern Lights Bomb.
5. Lex Luger defeated Randy Savage via submission in 5:29 with an armbar applied to Savage's injured arm after executing the "Torture Rack" on the arena floor. Luger held the move on Savage and refused to break the hold after the bell until Sting came to the ring and talked him out of it.
6. Sting defeated Ric Flair via submission 14:31 with the "Scorpion Death Lock".
7. Randy Savage won a three-ring, 60-man battle royal, last eliminating The One Man Gang. As per the pre-match stipulations, Savage won the vacant WCW World Heavyweight Title. Hulk Hogan, one of the final wrestlers in the ring, was pulled under the bottom rope by The Giant, and thus was never officially eliminated. Features Roddy Piper signing his contract to face Hollywood Hogan, with Eric Bischoff, Vincent, and Ted DiBiase verbally harassing him. When Hogan & the rest of the nWo came to the ring, a confrontation ensued which saw Piper beaten down and humiliated, with the attack focused on Piper's replaced hip.
1. J-Crown Champion Ultimo Dragon (with Sonny Onoo) pinned Rey Mysterio, Jr. in 13:44 with a slingshot sit-down powerbomb after catching Mysterio's attempted springboard hurancanrana.
2. Chris Jericho (with Teddy Long) pinned Nick Patrick in 8:02 after a superkick in a match where Jericho was forced to wrestle with one hand tied behind his back.
3. The Giant pinned Jeff Jarrett in 6:04 with the chokeslam after Sting came to the ring and delivered a "Scorpion Death Drop" to Jarrett without the referee's knowledge.
4. Harlem Heat (with Sister Sherri) defeated The Amazing French Canadians (with Col. Robert Parker) in 9:16 when Booker T. pinned Carl Oulette with the "Harlem Hangover" after the Canadians missed a double-team "Cannonball" attempt, with a table and stairs piled up in the corner to elevate Ourlette's height. Due to the pre-match stipulations, Sherri gained a 5 minute match with Col. Robert Parker.
5. Sister Sherri defeated Col. Robert Parker by countout in 1:30 when Parked fled from the ring.
6. WCW Cruiserweight Champion Dean Malenko pinned Psychosis in 14:34 with a roll-up and bridge.
7. WCW World Tag Team Champions Scott Hall & Kevin Nash defeated Meng & The Barbarian (with Jimmy Hart) and The Nasty Boys in 16:07 when Nash pinned Brian Knobbs with the powerbomb after Hall grabbed Hart's megaphone and hit Knobbs with it.
8. The Giant won a 60-man, three-ring battle royal in 28:21, last eliminating both Kevin Nash & Lex Luger as Luger had Nash locked in the "Torture Rack". Due to the pre-match stipulations, The Giant earned a WCW World Heavyweight Title shot in the future. 2. WCW Television Champion Saturn defeated Disco Inferno via submission in 8:19 with the "Rings of Saturn". Lodi made his WCW debut in Raven's Flock, sitting in the crowd.
3. Yuji Nagata (with Sonny Onoo) pinned Ultimo Dragon in 12:45 with a roll-up after interference from Onoo. Had Dragon won, he would have gained a 5 minute bout with Onoo.
4. WCW World Tag Team Champions Rick & Scott Steiner defeated Lord Steven Regal & Squire David Taylor in 9:45 when Rick pinned Regal after a top-rope bulldog.
5. Raven pinned Scotty Riggs in 8:43 in a "Raven's Rules" match after the "Evenflow" DDT. After the bout, Hammer carried Riggs away, with the announcers noting Riggs was too injured to compete in the battle royal later.
6. Steve McMichael pinned Alex Wright (substituting for Bill Goldberg) in 3:36. Goldberg was found laid out backstage, with McMichael coming to the ring holding a large pipe. Debra McMichael brought out Wright as a substitute.
7. WCW Cruiserweight Champion Eddie Guerrero pinned Rey Mysterio, Jr. in 12:42 after the frog splash.
8. WCW U.S. Champion Curt Hennig pinned Ric Flair in a "No Disqualification" match in 17:57 after hitting Flair with the U.S. Title belt as he was trapped in the figure-four leglock.
9. Scott Hall won a three-ring, 60-man battle royal in 29:48, last eliminating Dallas Page with the help of Kevin Nash, who dropped from the rafters in a "Sting" costume and aided his tag team partner. Due to the pre-match stipulations, Hall earned a WCW World Title shot at WCW SuperBrawl VIII.

Features the nWo (led by Eric Bischoff) attacking Scott Hall & kicking him out of the group during Hall's "survey". Kevin Nash made the save for Hall, but left him alone afterwards.
1. Wrath pinned Glacier in 8:22 after blocking Glacier's attempt at the "Ice Pick" and delivering the "Meltdown".
2. Stevie Ray defeated Konnan by disqualification in 6:55 when Konnan refused to stop punching Ray after the referee's warning, following botched interence from Vincent, who accidently hit Ray with the slapjack weapon.
3. Ernest Miller & Sonny Onoo defeated Perry Saturn & Kaz Hayashi in 8:04 when Onoo pinned Saturn after Miller delivered a kick to the face.
4. Billy Kidman pinned WCW Cruiserweight Champion Juventud Guerrera in 15:27 to win the title after hitting the Shooting Star Press following interference from Rey Mysterio, Jr., who came to the ring and held Kidman on the top rope to prevent Guerrera's attempted hurancanrana. Before the match, Juventud Guerrera came to the ring, flanked by Eddie Guerrero, sporting an "LWO" t-shirt. After the match, Mysterio quit the "LWO" and was chased away from the ring by its members.
5. Rick Steiner fought Scott Steiner (with "Buff" Bagwell & the nWo Referee) to a no-contest. Rick was attacked in the backstage area by the nWo and taken to the ring, where Scott Steiner and The Giant pummeled him until Bill Goldberg made the save.
6. WCW Television Champion Chris Jericho (with Ralphus) pinned Bobby Duncum, Jr. in 13:19 after hitting him with the title belt.
7. Kevin Nash won a three-ring, 60-man battle royal in 22:33, last eliminating Lex Luger & Scott Hall simultaneously as Luger had Hall locked in the "Torture Rack". As a result of the victory, Nash earned a WCW World Title shot at Starrcade 1998. During the match, Bam Bam Bigelow interfered through the crowd, and ended up brawling with Bill Goldberg to the backstage area. 8. WCW U.S. Champion Dallas Page pinned Bret Hart in 18:31 following a "Diamond Cutter". Hart had originally won the bout after the nWo Referee came down and ruled Page submitted to Hart after Charles Robinson was knocked out. However, his decision was overruled and the match restarted.
