1. Akira Hokuto pinned Madusa on 12/29/96 in Nashville, Tennessee at Starrcade in a Tournament Final to become the first WCW Women's Heavyweight Champion.
   • Hokuto is the only champion, with the title becoming inactive less than a year after its creation.  Hokuto retired on 07/04/02.
