War pay-per-view. Technically, the Freebirds title reign lasted negative
6 days. Footage of the Steiners' title win aired on
03/09/91.

himself. Rick defeated the nWo team by himself.

On the 10/26/98 edition of WCW Monday Nitro
at Phoenix, Arizona, Steiner chose Kenny Kaos as a new tag team partner to
defend the titles. However, Bagwell & Steiner brutally attacked
Kaos on 11/02/98 and put him out of action

On the 11/09/98 edition of WCW Monday Nitro
at Long Island, New York, Steiner chose Judy Bagwell as a new tag team partner
to defend the titles. However, Scott Steiner brutally attacked her
(off camera) and she was put in a hospital.

The titles were vacated in January 1999 due
to inactivity and Rick Steiner's injury.

earlier. Kanyon was pinned following a simple clothesline from Page.
Kanyon turned on his friend Saturn and joined Bigelow & Page as
the "Jersey Triad" soon after, obviously having handed the titles to them
on a silver platter.

& Bigelow on the 06/07/99 edition of WCW Monday Nitro to win the titles.
Saturn substituted for WCW President Ric Flair, who left Benoit all
alone during the match. On the 06/10/99 edition of WCW Thunder, Flair
ruled that the title change was nullified due to Saturn's illegal substitution
during the match.

show, the WCW/ECW Alliance was ended, and the WWF World Tag Team Titles
remained.
