into a trash can on 11/29/99.

Jim Duggan declares himself champion on 02/16/00 in Bethlehem,
Pennsylvania.

Duggan finds the title in the trash, brings
up its heritage and promises to be a proud champion. The title is
unofficially declared inactive by Eric Bischoff & Vince Russo on 04/10/00
and forgotten about.
