(October 27, 1991- September 2, 1992)

1. Brian Pillman pinned Richard Morton on 10/27/91 at Halloween Havoc in Chattanooga, Tennessee to win the title in a Tournament Final.
2. Jushin Liger pinned Brian Pillman on 12/25/91 in Atlanta, Georgia to win the title.
3. Brian Pillman pinned Jushin Liger on 02/29/92 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at SuperBrawl II to win the title for the 2nd time.
4. Scotty Flamingo pinned Brian Pillman on 06/20/92 in Mobile, Alabama at Beach Blast to win the title.
5. Brad Armstrong pinned Scotty Flamingo on 07/05/92 in Atlanta, Georgia to win the title.
   • Armstrong is forced to vacate the title on September 2, 1992 due to injury.  A tournament for the vacant title is planned, but postponed, and then forgotten about altogether.
