2.  Ron Harris (with Don Harris) pinned The Cat (with Ms. Jones) after the twin brothers illegally hit the "H-Bomb" on Miller in 2:43.
3.  Billy Kidman (with The Filthy Animals) pinned Lance Storm (with Team Canada) with the "Kid Krusher" (Tomikaze) in 4:06.
4.  Sid Vicious defeated Shane Douglas with a powerbomb in 3:18.  After the match, Jeff Jarrett & Scott Steiner attacked Vicious.
5.  Bill Goldberg & Dewayne Bruce defeated Kronik when Goldberg pinned Clarke after the Jackhammer in 3:52.  After the match, "Totally Buff" brutally attacked Goldberg & Bruce.
6.  WCW World Tag Team Champions Dallas Page & Kevin Nash defeated Mike Sanders, Chuck Palumbo, & Sean O'Haire in a "Minnesota Massacre" (Last Men Standing) match in 3:28 when Nash and Page were able to answer the 10-count.

1.  Chuck Palumbo & Sean O'Haire defeated Kwee Wee (with Paisley) & Big Vito (with Johnny the Bull) when O'Haire pinned Kwee Wee after the "Seanton Bomb".  After the match, Reno attacked Big Vito.
2.  Lance Storm & Elix Skipper (with Mike Awesome & Major Gunns) defeated Rey Mysterio, Jr. & Billy Kidman (with Tygress & Konnan) when Storm made Mysterio submit to the "Canadian Maple Leaf".
3.  Kevin Nash, Dallas Page, & Hugh Morrus defeated Shawn Stasiak, Mark Jindrak, & Shane Douglas when Morrus pinned Douglas with a powerslam as Douglas was preparing to use a chain.
4.  Meng pinned Don Harris.

 After the match, the Imposter Mystery Opponent was unmasked to reveal Jeff Jarrett.  Ric Flair appeared onstage with the true Mystery Opponent as the show ended.

3.  Special Bonus Match:  Kaz Hayashi & Yang (with Leia Meow) defeated Evan Karagias & Jaime Knoble at 9:27 when Yang pinned Knoble with an inside cradle after missing the Twisting Moonsault.
4.  The Cat (with Miss Jones) pinned WCW Comissioner Mike Sanders in 5:50 to become the new WCW Comissioner and win Ms. Jones' services after delivering the "Feliner" kick following interference from Kronik.
5.  Lance Storm, Mike Awesome, & Elix Skipper defeated Konan, Billy Kidman, & Rey Mysterio, Jr. in a "Penalty Box Match" at 13:09 when Storm made Kidman submit to the "Canadian Maple Leaf".
 Jim Duggan was the special guest referee.  The stipulations of the match called for any wrestler who broke the rules to be sent into a "Penalty Box" for 1 minute, giving their team a disadvantage.
6.  Meng defeated WCW Hardcore Champion Terry Funk and Crowbar (with Daphne) at 11:35 to win the title when Meng pinned Funk with the "Tongan Death Grip" after Crowbar hit the champion with a steel chair.
7.  Sean O'Haire & Chuck Palumbo defeated WCW World Tag Team Champions Kevin Nash & Dallas Page to win the titles after "Buff" Bagwell interfered and hit Nash with a wrench, and O'Haire delivered the "Seanton Bomb" to pin him.  Lex Luger also interfered at the end of the match, brawling with Dallas Page into the crowd.
8.  Shane Douglas defeated WCW U.S. Champion General Rection at 11:50 in a "First Blood, Chain Hanging Above the Ring Match" to win the title after hitting Rection with an illegal chain (from Douglas' boot) to cut him open when the referee was knocked out.
9.  Lex Luger & "Buff" Bagwell defeated Bill Goldberg & DeWayne Bruce at 11:24 when Luger pinned Goldberg following an assisted "Buff Blockbuster" (Goldberg on Luger's shoulders).  The match saw Goldberg stop Luger from harassing the same fan at ringside who asked for Goldberg's autograph earlier.  It was a setup, and the fan maced Goldberg in the eyes.  Luger hit Goldberg with a chair before "Totally Buff" hit their finishing maneuver.  Goldberg was forced to retire due to his new undefeated streak being ended, as per a stipulation devised in 2000 by Vince Russo.  This is Goldberg's last WCW appearence.
10.  WCW World Champion Scott Steiner defeated Sid Vicious, Jeff Jarrett, & The Mystery Opponent at 8:00 when Steiner pinned Vicious after The Mystery Opponent kicked him in the head following Vicious leaping from the top rope at Steiner and severely injuring his leg.
 After the match, the Mystery Opponent unmasked to reveal Road Warrior Animal, making his return to WCW.  Vicious suffered a compound fracture in his broken leg during this match.  This is Sid Vicious' final appearence for WCW.

3.  WCW World Tag Team Champions Chuck Palumbo & Sean O'Haire defeated Kronik at 7:26 when O'Haire pinned Brian Adams after a "Seanton Bomb" while Shawn Stasiak & Mark Jindrak beat up Bryan Clarke on the outside of the ring.

 Due to the pre-match stipulation, Awesome's trademark "mullet" haircut was cut down much shorter.  Billy Kidman's hair would have been cut had Konnan lost.

Features Ric Flair ridiculously naming mid-card wrestler Alex Wright as Scott Steiner's opponent at SuperBrawl Revenge.  Kevin Nash responds by powerbombing Wright through the stage.  A mini-tournament is set for later to determine the #1 contender.  Features General Rection officially discharging Crpl. Cajun from MIA, and ending the stable altogether, reverting back to his "Hugh Morrus" name.
1.  Michael Modest fought Christopher Daniels to a no-contest at 6:54 when Scott Steiner interfered and attacked both men.
2.  Lance Storm defeated Konan via submission in 1:51 with the Canadian Maple Leaf.  Before the match, Storm announced the winner of this bout would win the "war" between Team Canada and The Filthy Animals.
3.  Lex Luger defeated Dallas Page in 5:51 by putting the unconscious Page in the "Torture Rack" after Jeff Jarrett interfered and hit Page with a guitar when the referee was knocked down.  As per the pre-match stipulation, Luger would get to referee the main event.
4.  Big Vito & Johnny The Bull defeated Mark Jindrak & Shawn Stasiak via disqualification in 4:53 after Sean O'Haire & Chuck Palumbo came to the ring and Palumbo made contact with the referee.  All four Thrillers argued about the interference after the match.
5.  Ernest Miller pinned WCW U.S. Champion Shane Douglas in a non-title, "no-disqualification" match at 4:20 by superkicking Douglas as the champion was about to strike Cat with a chain.  Rick Steiner interfered on Cat's behalf, striking Douglas at the match's end.  After the match, The Cat danced with Rick Steiner, who came to hold off Douglas.
6.  WCW Cruiserweight Champion Chavo Guerrero, Jr. & The Wall defeated Hugh Morus & Lash LeRoux at 6:03 when Guerrero pinned LeRoux with a roll-up as Morrus and Wall brawled outside.
7.  Kevin Nash pinned "Buff" Bagwell in 7:00 after a "Jacknife" powerbomb, set up by Dallas Page interfering and giving Bagwell a "Diamond Cutter".  Special guest referee Lex Luger was knocked out after Bagwell, aiming for Nash, accidently hit Luger with the "Buff Blockbuster".  Nash made the three-count using Luger's hand.  Due to the pre-match stipulation, Nash got a World Title show at SuperBrawl Revenge.

1.  WCW World Champion Scott Steiner defeated Yang, Kaz Hayashi, Jaime Knoble, & Evan Karagias in a handicap match by forcing Knoble, Karagias, & Hayashi to simultaneously submit to a "Steiner Recliner" that all three men were trapped in at once.
2.  Rick Steiner pinned WCW U.S. Champion Shane Douglas in 5:57 to win the title after catching Shane Douglas jumping off the corner turnbuckle and delivering a Death Valley Driver.
3.  Dallas Page defeated WCW World Champion Scott Steiner by dissqualification at 4:24 when Steiner knocked down the referee shortly before recing a "Diamond Cutter".  After the match, Page celebrated in the crowd, but a fan attacked him.  The fan turned out to be Chris Kanyon.
4.  El Nino pinned WCW Cruiserweight Champion Chavo Guerrero, Jr. in a non-title match at 6:42 after hitting a Thesz Press.  After the match, Nino unmasked to reveal Rey Mysterio, Jr.
5.  WCW World Tag Team Champions Sean O'Haire & Chuck Palumbo defeated Lance Storm & Mike Awesome at 7:38 when O'Haire pinned Awesome after the "Seanton Bomb", setup by Palumbo's "Jungle Kick".
6.  "Buff" Bagwell and Brian Adams fought to a time-limit draw at 5:46.  During the match, Bryan Clarke attacked Lex Luger and Animal.  Animal eventually threw Clarke head-first into the steps, worsening his concussion received the previous week on Thunder.
7.  WCW World Champion Scott Steiner defeated Kevin Nash & Rick Steiner in a handicap match by pinning Nash after Rick turned on his partner, elbowdropping Nash after he hit a "Jackknife" powerbomb on Scott Steiner.  The reunited Steiners celebrated after the match.

2.  Sean O'Haire pinned Norman Smiley after a "Seanton Bomb".  After the match, O'Haire & Palumbo brawled with Jindrak & Stasiak.
3.  WCW Comissioner The Cat pinned Elix Skipper after a "Feliner" kick.  After the match, Lance Storm led Mike Awesome in attacking Cat.  Had Skipper won, he would have become Comissioner of WCW.
4.  Brian Adams pinned Lex Luger with the full nelson slam after failed interference from "Buff" Bagwell.

Features Ric Flair & Scott Steiner running down the fallen Dallas Page, until Booker T interrupts and demands a title shot against Scott.  "Buff" Bagwell & Animal speculate that Lex Luger may have attacked Bagwell at Greed.  Later, Luger is seen knocked out backstage.  Features a "live" call in from Eric Bischoff, who announces that all titles will be defended next week, and invites any previous World Champions to the show.  Booker T & Scott Steiner sign a contract for a "Title Vs. Title" match for the next week, with Flair and Steiner attacking Booker until he gained control and fought them off.  The Magnificent Seven argues backstage as Bagwell now thinks Rick Steiner attacked Luger.
1.  Jason Jett pinned Disqo (with Mike Sanders) at 4:58 following the "Crash Landing" after fighting off Sanders.
2.  WCW Cruiserweight Champion Shane Helms pinned Billy Kidman in 3:40 after reversing the "Kid Krusher" and executing a "Vertebreaker".
3.  Bam Bam Bigelow pinned Shawn Stasiak (with Stacy Kiebler) in 1:43 after intercepting the hairspray thrown to Stasiak, spraying him in the eyes, and hitting the "Greetings from Asbury Park".
 After the match, Bigelow agreed to give Stasiak a rematch next week, and if Bigelow wins, he'll get to tattoo Stasiak.
4.  Chris Kanyon pinned M.I. Smooth in 5:10 after Animal interfered and delivered a DDT to smooth.  The Cat attacked Animal after the match.
5.  Rick Steiner defeated Konnan by disqualification in 5:06 when Shane Douglas interfered and attacked Steiner.
6.  Lance Storm & Mike Awesome defeated World Tag Team Champions Chuck Palumbo & Sean O'Haire in a non-title match in 8:03 when Awesome hit Palumbo with a chair and pinned him after a Running Awesomebomb.

Features Dustin Rhodes bringing a game of "Pin the Flair on the Jackass" to the ring, making fun of Flair.  Flair books Rhodes in a handicapped match for the main event.
1.  Yang & Kaz Hayashi defeated Air Paris and A.J. Styles when Yang pinned Styles after a running side-slam.
2.  Jason Jett pinned Cash (formerly Kid Kash from Extreme Championship Wrestling) after hitting the "Crash Landing".
3.  Ernest Miller & M.I. Smooth defeated Chris Kanyon & Animal when Smooth pinned Kanyon after a standing splash.
4.  Hugh Morrus pinned Rick Steiner with a German Suplex after Shane Douglas interfered and hit Steiner with a cast.  Morrus' family was seen celebrating in the audience.  After the match, Douglas handed ring announcer David penzer a videotape.  The tape was aired, as Douglas challenged Steiner to a match on the final Nitro, and from there would move on to Ric Flair.
5.  Rey Misterio, Jr., Billy Kidman, & WCW Cruiserweight Champion Shane Helms defeated Chavo Guerrero, Jr. and WCW Cruiserweight Tag Team Champions Kid Romeo & Elix Skipper when Kidman pinned Kid Romeo after reversing his attempted "Last Kiss" and hitting a "Kid Krusher".
6.  Chuck Palumbo pinned Mike Awesome after a "Jungle Kick".
7.  Jeff Jarrett & WCW World Champion Scott Steiner (with Midajah) defeated Dustin Rhodes in a handicap match when Steiner scored the win over an unconscious Rhodes with the "Steiner Recliner" after hitting him with a lead pipe, handed to him by Midajah.  Booker T made the save for Rhodes after the match.

This is the final World Championship Wrestling event following Vince McMahon's purchase of the company.  McMahon appeared as the show opened to explain that later on during the program a simulcast of WWF Raw is War and WCW Monday Nitro would air, and the fate of WCW would be resolved.  Features Ric Flair cutting an emotional interview, running down Vince McMahon and challenging Sting to one last match.  A video montage of WCW's past World Champions was aired.  McMahon later reveals that he wants to personally fire each WCW star, as the company is now dead to him.  Vince's rival son Shane McMahon went to the ring live in Panama City and revealed that he had purchased WCW out from under his father, and that the company would soon defeat the WWF just as it had during the Monday Night Wars.  Prelude to the "Invasion" storyline.
1.  WCW U.S. Champion Booker T. pinned WCW World Champion Scott Steiner (with Midajah) in 5:08 to win the title after executing "The Bookend".  This win unified the WCW World and U.S. titles.  Final appearence of Scott Steiner & Midajah in WCW.
2.  Rey Mysterio, Jr. & Billy Kidman defeated Yang & Kaz Hayashi and Shannon Moore & Evan Karagias in a three-way match in 3:37 when Mysterio pinned Moore after a top-rope guillotine legdrop to earn a WCW Cruiserweight Tag Team Title Shot later in the show.  Final appearence of Evan Karagias, Shannon Moore, and The Jung Dragons in WCW.
3.  WCW Cruiserweight Champion Shane Helms pinned Chavo Guerrero, Jr. in 4:38 after reversing Guerrero's attempted brainbuster and executing "The Vertebreaker".
4.  WCW World Tag Team Champions Sean O'Haire & Chuck Palumbo defeated Lance Storm & Mike Awesome in 3:20 when O'Haire pinned Awesome after the "Seanton Bomb", set up by Palumbo's "Jungle Kick".
5.  Shawn Stasiak (with Stacy Kiebler) pinned Bam Bam Bigelow in 1:24 after a neckbreaker when Stacy interfered.  If Stasiak had lost, he would have received a tattoo from Bigelow.  Final appearece of Bam Bam Bigelow in WCW.
6.  Billy Kidman & Rey Mysterio, Jr. defeated WCW Cruiserweight Tag Team Champions Kid Romeo & Elix Skipper in 4:43 to win the titles when Kidman pinned Skipper after a "Kid Krusher".  Final appearences of Romeo & Skipper in WCW.  Last-ever appearence of the WCW Cruiserweight Tag Team Titles, which immediately become dropped following the broadcast.
7.  Sting defeated Ric Flair via submission with the "Scorpion Deathlock", setup by a superpleex.  Final appearence of both Sting & Ric Flair in WCW.
